Samsui Ginger Chicken

This unique Chinatown cuisine is our heritage treasure. It is prepared in the same traditional way as the Samsui Lady did in the olden days.

Add some Chicken, Ginger, Cucumber Slices and Chili inside the Iceberg Lettuce and eat together you will feel it very crispy and delicious!!

Ah Kon (Grandpa) loved sweet potato leaves too. But he preferred hotter stuff and fried it with lots of sambal chilli.

We spent a great time at here!! After it we go back to our hometown Johor Bahru, Malaysia
